We think the DID VM chain is about as good a chain you can get for a Dirtbike. It has cold forged seamless rollers over hard alloy bushes. The heat treated case hardened pins provide super long life and the side plates are made from shot peened high tensile steel. The X ring seal uses torsional tension to seal not compression like a conventional o-ring, this means less friction and drag.
